Computer Troubles

We have had some computer trouble lately. It actually started in April when my Alienware computer started breaking down on me. Jason built a new computer for himself and gave me his "old" computer, which we bought 2 years ago. :) Since then we have had minor computer problems, but nothing majorly terrible. That is until last week. Last week Jason's computer randomly started acting up, and when he finally got everything sorted out, my new computer broke down. I am now back on my original computer until the parts come in for my new one. Anyway, all that to say that I am having troubles with posting pictures because of all that. So in honor of all our troubles here are some pictures of Jason and Viggo working on his computer.

Jason: "Let's see... I need the graphics card next."

Viggo: "You mean the GeForce 8800 GT, Dad?"

Jason: "You're a smart little boy, Viggo."

May was a fun month for us.

We drove up with a friend to the big Renaissance festival in Tennessee. It was a 2 1/2 hour trip up there. Thankfully Viggo slept almost all the way up there. We had a lot of fun browsing the shops, and watching the fighting and jousting.

We bought a bookcase to put in Viggo's room for all his books. There are more books on the bookcase now then when I took the picture. :) (By the way, we bought him that shield at the festival.)

I got inspired by my cousin, Madeline, to take some pictures of my little boy for Mother's Day. This picture was my absolute favorite.

Well, so much for catching up on all my posting last weekend... Our little darling baby decided that he just couldn't wait any longer, and so made his arrival on Saturday.

January Update

I apologize about not keeping this blog updated. It has been busy around here. I will try to bring it up to date over the next couple of days.

In January we bought our first house! We barely had the keys in our hands before we started painting. :) Thankfully we had several people willing to help us with that, so it did not take long to paint the two rooms. I had been looking forward to painting (not really having done it before) but because I am pregnant it was not a good idea for me to be around the fumes. Nevertheless I managed to get a few rolls of primer on the wall before I was sent away to get pizza. ;)

November

November has been a busy month for us. We started the month off by seeing John's art show. Then Jason and I split for a week - he to boot camp in SC, and I to Jennifer and David's home in KY. I managed to talk a friend into driving up with me so I could have company on the road. By the time we got up there both our throats were sore from talking all day! :) We all had a ton of fun hanging out together for a week. When I picked up Jason I had a huge shock - he had got his head shaved! It took me a little while to get used to it, but now I really like it.

We went for an ultrasound yesterday, and found out that we are having a....

BOY!!!

Art and Hiking

Last week we got to hang out with Caleb a bit.

He had an open house for his art show last Friday at UAH.

We really enjoyed seeing all his western art put up in one room.

We went hiking with him the next day. We hiked from Mom and Dad's home up to Monte Sano park and back. It was a total of seven miles... My muscles felt very sore for the next couple of days!
